Here you can find the most Frequently Asked Questions
- How much space do you require?- We require atleast a 10ft x 10ft to conduct business safely. We are still able to bring down the spacing to atleast 8ft by 8ft 
- How many people are able to fit on the 360 booth at a time?- 4 People Max for safe operation 
- Is the Set Up & Tear Down included with our booking?- Yes! We are excited to annouce that at no additional cost, we come in atleast 1H 30M before your event to properly set up, as well as, clean up and tear down 1HR after your booking window. This does not affect your original set booking window time slot! 
- Do you require a power outlet?- No, not necessarily. Our device is 100% Battery powered, so we do not nessasrily require an external power outlet. 
- Where are you located?- Located in the home of San Jose, CA and are able to travel all over the Bay Area, Sacramento, Santa Cruz, and Monterey! 
- Are you insured?- Yes! For each event, our booth is fully insured to ensure safety for both the client, the guests, and our staff 
- Do you require a deposit?- Yes, we require 20% of the deposit by the time of booking, to ensure your event is locked in and your spot is secured! 
- What is the minimum booking window that you require?- We do require a minimum of 3hrs of a booking window. Every additional hour after will be a set per hour charge 
- Are the videos stored on secure cloud?- Yes, your content is safe and secure on a private cloud that you, as our client, gets access too, and has the choice to share the content with your guests.
